The only icon I can find in the Nissan Driver's Guide app, similar to the one you've taken a picture of, is the one telling you to push ignition to off. Can't see anything relating to the steering wheel icon. (Park) position. To turn off the Push warning, place the ignition in the ON position and then in the LOCK position.

10789 posts · Joined 2006. #7 · Jun 13, 2009. the battery is dead , you might have lots of corrosion on the terminals , if so clean it then get the battery tested , you might need to get a new battery , you might want to check the alternators output just in case . when the battery doesn't have enough power you will hear the rapid clicking
