10789 posts · Joined 2006. #7 · Jun 13, 2009. the battery is dead , you might have lots of corrosion on the terminals , if so clean it then get the battery tested , you might need to get a new battery , you might want to check the alternators output just in case . when the battery doesn't have enough power you will hear the rapid clicking
